The place was so dirty it should not have been rented if you cook in kitchen smoke alarms go off as there is no ventilation the oven was broken so we had no kitchen the ice maker was broken and there were no ice trays the towels were either stained or moldy we did not use them the hot tub was dirty and had water bugs swimming around we did not use the grill and were without anyway to cook during our stay they did not give the correct address till the day we were leaving and could not timely send it to our guests the bed mattress should be replaced as should the pillows I strongly advise a deep clean as it is hard to tell if it is dirt or black mold in the house this property reflects poorly on Vrbo I have rented many times in the past and may not in the future based on this stay I think I should be refunded half my money

Nice for the price but with some issues.

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much but probably would look elsewhere in the future. The property was very nice and I really appreciated how clean it was . Thats probably one of the most important things for me and they did that very well. Unfortunately, there was a musty mold smell though where it seemed as if something had leaked. There was water outside the kitchen window on the ground so im not sure if that is where it was coming from. We kinda just had to get used to it. It wasnt horrible in the house but the game room was really hard to spend time in, unfortunately because the smell there was so strong of mold. We stayed for 5 days and the fridge just got cold enough to safely store food about the 3rd morning. That was a pain because we were cooking all of our meals and nothing could be cold the first couple days. It was expected that it be at a decent temp before we arrived. Lastly, whenever we would cook a cockroach would come out. We never saw more than one at a time but they were definitely there. Not sure if thats just the territory since we were out in the woods or what but it was bothersome. You can tell that a lot of care is put into this property and we were able to enjoy our stay but as mentioned the issues above would lead us to booking elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely amazing

The hosts Josh and Carrie were absolutely fantastic! Very respectful, as well as responsive. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. I highly recommend this cabin and furthermore recommend the hosts! They are amazing!

Much needed getaway!

We had the best time in broken bow. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of fun things inside and out for all ages to do. Great location by everything. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!

AMAZING

If you are looking for a place to stay in Broken Bow, look no further. This place was perfect, it accommodated two families. Felt just like home. The house is equipped with everything you need. Beds are amazing. The host was very helpful when we questions. The location is close to all the activities; restaurants, lake, shopping, groceries ect. The kids (both 13) loved the game room- actually so did the husbands :) My friend and I enjoyed having our morning coffee stress free. The living room was big enough to accommodate the family while we all winded down to watch TV and play family games. Did I mention the beds were great?! We will definitely come back to this cozy home!

Great place outside Beaver’s Bend

The property was great for our family vacation in Beaver’s Bend. The game room and playground equipment were a hit with the kids, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub after the kids were in bed. While not in the park, it was right on the highway, which made for easy access no matter where we were going! We enjoyed s’mores by the campfire and had water gun fights in the large backyard area each night. Many great memories were formed here, and we would definitely come back to visit!

Love Story Stay

Such a cute home to get away but we were just minutes away from restaurants and shopping! They communicated very timely and cared about our stay! Their instructions were clear and easy and it’s noticable they care about their home.

Excellent stay close to Broken Bow and Hochatown

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The play areas (playground and arcade) were excellent for our kid and we loved the close proximity to attractions in-town and in Beaver's Bend State Park.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Our families had a great time at this property! Perfect location right between Hochatown and Broken Bow- so close to all the fun attractions! The kids enjoyed the playset, hot tub and game room. Highly recommend!

Birthday weekend

Great location for a birthday weekend getaway! For my birthday we planned a girls trip to Broken Bow and this house was the perfect location. It was close to all the restaurants and activities. The hot tub and outside fire pit were a must and the game room was a great addition. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house with lots to do nearby

Our stay was great at this house. We initially were taken aback by the road noise, I know the listing said it was near the highway but we didn’t expect it to be SO close. The location was great in that it was very close to so many things, literally just a few minutes drive to lots of Broken Bow attractions and around 10-15 to the state park! We loved it! The house was wonderfully decorated and stocked, we had everything we needed. My kid loved the game room! The only downside to the house was the floor has some issues, and we felt like we were sleeping upside down/falling into a hole in the master bedroom. We slept with our heads at the foot of the bed and were totally fine that way.
