This was my first “non-hotel” vacation spot and I am SOOO thrilled with how everything turned out! This place is absolutely stunning!!!! Needless to say, none of us wanted to leave.
The cabin is completely furnished, including all the pots/pans/dishes/silverware, and washer and dryer. It’s tucked away yet still close to everything (casino across the street and the “downtown” within 2 miles). They also provide some board games and outdoor activities too, plus tables and chairs out by the fire pit!
Easy check in process and they keep you informed on how to use all the amenities like the fireplace, grill, and hot tub. They send you a check out to-do list too.
Definitely keep a look outside in the early mornings because we saw plenty of deer and can hear all the birds singing. So peaceful. At night it does get really dark out, but there’s string lights on the property. It’s also really hard to see INTO the cabin at night unless you have one of the big lights on in the kitchen and you have to be right up close to the window, so that gives you some privacy. There’s some other properties nearby but not close enough to bother you and your family.
If you’re looking for a modern style cabin but still has the woodsy and nature feel, this is it!! My family loved it and we DEFF want to come back during the winter to see snow!
