Brookulla Vacation Home with Sauna

House The house has four bedrooms (3 on the first floor and 1 in the basement), a living/dining room,
a fireplace/game room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a sauna, a wellness/sleeping room, a sunroom, and a terrace with a garden.

Kitchen
You’ll find dishes and glasses in the wall cabinets above the sink. You’ll find additional plates and glasses in the cabinet in the living room. Pots and pans are in the cabinet to the right of the stove.
Fully automatic coffee machine
The water reservoir is located at the bottom left; the grounds container is on the right. The grounds container and the drip tray must be emptied regularly, otherwise they will overflow.
There is also a conventional filter coffee maker and a French press in the kitchen.
The cabinets also contain various kitchen utensils such as a blender, bowls, cutlery, and other cooking accessories.

Upstairs living/dining room
Extendable dining table
To extend the table, simply pull the short sides apart. You’ll then find an additional tabletop underneath that can be used to lengthen the table.
Sunroom
There are radiant heaters in the sunroom, but we’ve unplugged them. So please don’t be surprised that you can’t turn them on.

Downstairs Fireplace/Game Room
In the sideboard, you’ll find various board and card games, a few game pieces and Smurfs, as well as a traffic mat. You also have the option to play either pool or air hockey, as well as darts.
You can log in to popular streaming services via the internet-enabled TV and watch your favorite shows.
If you’d like to use the fireplace, please provide your own firewood.

When lighting a fire, start by burning a little paper to generate heat, create a draft in the fireplace, and allow the warm air to rise. Then stoke the fire with fire starter and logs.

Sauna
You’ll find the small but cozy sauna in the basement. Please use it without adding oils or pouring water on the stove. After turning on the sauna, wait until it has reached the proper temperature. Then enjoy the heat. Please always use a towel during your sauna sessions. Once you’ve finished your sauna session, please don’t forget to turn off the sauna!

Garden
In the storage room next to the garage, there is a grill for the garden that you are welcome to use. Please clean it after use so that the next guests can grill without any problems.
There are also several games available for the garden:

- Frisbee and disc golf
- Cricket
- Playhouse for children
