"The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve...

"The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return. The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right. "The house wasn't available to us after we'd booked it and so the holiday rentals offered us an alternative stay. The team were very communicative and very helpful and we still had a wonderful stay.
