A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. "The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating. Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again."

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. "We stayed with our dog for two nights. Mccanns is perfectly located, Tenterden within easy reach. We use the tap room the one night, nice beer & pizza. Challenger is located beside the other other three units right next to the car park overlooking a small field. The unit has good facilities, covering most needs for a comfortable break. Some nice touches, complementary items including milk. Has a massive shower/wet room & seperate bedroom with open access to the lounge/kitchen area. I would say...

"Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too!"

"Lovely caravan overall. Mostly clean, although we did need to wash up the cutlery and cooking utensils as they were grubby/sticky with some food still on them. The garden is a nice grass area but not secure (had gaps through the hedges and nothing blocking under the caravan where there is a lot of debris). We kept our dog on a lead in the garden to be on the safe side.An outside light at the caravan would have been helpful for when coming back from a late night walk.Beauport Park is a great site...
