"At my age I have had all the presents I can ever want so to gather all the family around me was the best I have ever done. The sun shone and groups of peace wandered around, 40year old sat round the table with glasses of wine. The youngsters played pool downstairs. "Well located in Pembrokeshire for visiting local attractions. The Shepherds Hut has all the facilities needed for a short stay and is best suited for couples. The neighbouring Huntsman pub does excellent beer and basic bar meals. The only thing missing is an electric kettle as boiling water can take a while."

"We arrived for a two day stay and Mike could not of been more welcoming or helpful, he even moved his car so our scooters could have hard standing to park on, the room was amazing with a separate lounge area and spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower and an abundance of tea/coffee on the tray. "One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. "Fine for my one night stay. A little bit dated but reasonably near to the town centre and with its own parking. Nice breakfast including vegan options. Very friendly staff. I can’t comment on the bar and restaurant as they were unavailable due to a large private party but the hotel warned me in advance and, at my request, suggested nearby places to eat one of which I used.
