"Both Chris and Claire were very friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless and included everything we needed plus a few little extras like fresh milk in the mini fridge. Cooked breakfast was fresh and cooked to order plus a selection of other breakfast items as well. Overlooked the marina for breakfast on Saturday morning with the sun shining, a lovely experience..
Parking included in the nearby Marina car park was also a great idea.
Only about 10 minutes stroll to the harbour and main shops...

"What an amazing find. I have been going to Brixham since I was 6 years old (now 40) and had never stayed here, but so happy I did.
Super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing.
Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend and stay again without hesitation."

"Promotion pictures deceiving as rooms not great. Just a lack of care. Very pricey for what it is. Wish I’d stayed at a bed and breakfast as I’d have been more comfortable at a fraction of the cost. It was central which is about as positive as I can be about the place."
