Superb location, great room. A pity that parking is first come first serve, but otherwise check in was smooth and would highly recommend for a short break in Bristol. Clifton Village is beautiful.

The room was very well furnished and contained everything you might need for your stay. The location for Clifton Village is perfect. The only downside was that bedding was very warm at night.

This is an excellent place to stay in Clifton Village, with fantastic cooking facilities. My only criticism is the lack of a double lock inside the room. On a previous stay, a cleaner entered my room - and this made me feel anxious - as there was no method to say - do not disturb - or to internally lock my door.

Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money.

My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. The fridge in the new room had no bottle shelves in the door, the shower slider didnt work resulting in the shower head at its lowest and drooping forward. Bedside lights had to be turned off at the wall. Because the room was facing the road, I had to endure screaming and shouting until after 4am followed later by loud voices, clicking heels and banging doors from other returning residents. The car park accommodated about 7 cars, three of which never moved. There was no free on-road parking until after 5 or 9 in the evening except Sunday. The rooms were clean and provision of facilities excellent. There was a laundry room on the ground floor. Would have been good to have had a couple of easy chairs and extra shelf for stuff in the bathroom.

After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. The room had everything we needed, everything worked and the location you can’t beat (for Clifton village). Yes, parking can be a bit tricky here but we know the area and you can always find street parking for a fee. We also stayed Saturday night, so paid the premium but would still recommend and return. Think the main takeaway from other people’s negative reviews is the checking process, but if you check in online as requested, you receive your entry codes for both doors prior to arriving and that’s all you need. We booked 24 hours prior and had no problems

Excellent value for money. Well positioned in Clifton for easy access to city centre. Excellent comms from the company. No frills but everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

The location for us was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Apartment was clean, the kitchen area was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. However, the overall layout of the property was very poorly designed. The TV was on a wall that did not allow easy viewing for the room - you had to be in bed to watch it fully. The bathroom was one big wet room and as there were three of us sharing this made it difficult to shower as the whole room was wet for other guests who followed afterwards, Plenty of room for a shower cubicle so why wasn't there one. Also, the sink was tiny. Finally, the main table was made stable by cardboard piece being inserted under the legs - not impressed!
