It is comfortable, clean, modern look. The breakfast was good. Location could be better but it's not too bad.

Hotel muy nuevo y limpio, personal agradable (se notaba el espiritu navideño), habitación espaciosa y silenciosa. Nuestra habitación era triple y es de agradecer que colocaran una cama doble y otra individual (en vez de una cama pleglabe o sofá-cama como en la mayoria de hoteles). Bien comunicada con la estación de tren y autobuses (a 5 minutos caminando) y cerca de un centro comercial enorme (Cabot Circus). Muy recomendable.

En general ha sido buena experiencia la estancia en este hotel, pero al estar varias noches, el servicio diario de limpieza podría mejorar, así como poner toallas de ducha para todos los huéspedes de la habitación.

Stayed here for 2 nights in total, one night in a room for 2 people and the following night in a room for 3. Contacted the hotel ahead of time who told me I wouldn't need to change rooms, however this was not the case. We were sent to our room on arrival and it had not been cleaned so they moved us to another room. On the second day the hot water wasn't working so I couldn't have a shower. We were not notified of this issue beforehand. The rooms and facilities are nice, and bar is good. With functioning hot water this trip would have been a lot better. Employees were helpful.

Dear ShashiThank you for taking time to provide feedback following your recent stay with us in Bristol.I am pleased that you generally enjoyed your stay, however sorry that you were a little dissatisfied upon leaving us.Where possible, when guests add an additional night we try our hardest to accommodate them without having to move rooms, however I note from your separate reservations, the first room was a superior double for 2 people and the following reservation was a standard room for 3 people, so it was not possible to keep your same room as it was a particularly busy weekend and we had to honour room types booked.Unfortunately we did have a small issue with the water supply entering the building on Monday morning. We appreciate that this was an inconvenience, however it was totally beyond the control of the hotel team, I am pleased that from your feedback you recognised that the team were helpful and I am also pleased to advise that water was returned to all rooms a short while after once professional assistance was sought. Unfortunately we were unaware of the problem until informed by guests and as soon as we were made aware, we took the appropriate action to minimise guest inconvenience as much as we possibly could.Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused and I do hope we can welcome you again should you return to Bristol.Kind regardsSteven DevineGeneral Manager

A very nice stay! Friendly staff, great breakfasts and a wonderfully quiet room I'd definitely stay again, although i was disappointed that my attempt to register for discounts for future stays failed. Filling in the form but couldn't submit for some reason!

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Bedroom and lavatory were large and easy to move around in. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection and dinner menu were outstanding and service was good. Our only slight complaints were: no luggage racks/minimal space for hanging up garments; slight leak under bathroom faucet; refrigerator cooling only at a minimum level with no temperature adjustment evident in the unit. All in all, a good value for the price we paid.

Has a lot of positive things going for it: close to the train station and an easy walk to town; kind staff; comfortable bed; and very quiet. It has many of the amenities I appreciate in a hotel, but in odd ways: the safe is on the bottom shelf and hard to reach; there is a "chiller" the size of a refrigerator with a note it is cold enough for drinks only, not food (and yet there is no bottle opener); the desk is just under the TV, so laptops hit the screen and you can't watch and work simultaneously (and the chair is wood and not comfortable enough for longer periods). With some small adjustments, this could be a really great place, particularly given that it is also good value.

Nice clean hotel with comfy beds and helpful staff. We parked in Broadmeads and were given a voucher for the whole cost of an overnight stay (normally £24). The only reason I've given 4 stars for facilities is because we were too warm in our room and unable to reduce the temperature below 18 (pretty sure it didn’t even go down to that) or open any windows which made sleep a bit uncomfortable.

Just Okay...
The checkin process was good. I left my car in the spots in the courtyard during checkin. The gent that helped me checkin was great. He told me where to park the car over night up the street in a lot. (There is NO overnight parking at the hotel site) The room was good. We prepaid for the breakfast bar for the next 2 mornings. Breakfast was average. Nothing special really. My son and I went to the bar downstairs our second night. I had a pizza and him a cheese burger. The food was good. What blew my mind is I asked for a margarita. The bar tender told me he could not make anything that wasn't on the drinks menu. There weren't ANY mixed drinks on it. Just the normal wine, beer and shots. So that kind of was unbelievable. A SIMPLE MARGARITA!!! This being said, I'd stay again. It was a close walk to the circus.

Our experience to the property was amazing . We took a family room and it was very clean and tidy . The hotel staff is very polite and even gave us an early check in without any hassle . The property is very close to the station which is a big plus . The manager even suggested us good places to see in Bristol. We had a lovely experience and would give the hotel full stars . Only thing where they can improve is increase their breakfast spread .
