"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. "Got a double room which should be a single. No room to move 2 people around the bed, no hanging space. Sensor lights in the bathroom that don't go off for 20 mins so good luck trying to go to the bathroom before you sleep or in the middle of the night. No working heat pump or TV (not programmed). The room gradually got hotter and hotter. No coffee or tea in the room. A tiny bathroom where we couldn't put a toilet bag anywhere but on the floor.
