"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"We were really impressed with the apartment and communication from start to finish. The information sent beforehand was thorough and clear, including photos which was helpful in finding the check in place and the apartment itself. The staff on the messages were also incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is in a huge block and the location is ideal for getting to the Quays and other key locations in Manchester. It is on a busy road so a little noisy but this didn’t bother us....

"Property was lovely and extremely clean and tidy. One of the bedrooms was smaller than I expected but wasn’t a problem. The beds were super comfortable .We enjoyed the balcony sitting outside for coffee and pre evening drinks. The apartment is in an ideal position in Deansgate next to tram station and a lovely bar called the Atlas. Unfortunately the oven didn’t work so we reported it but wasn’t fixed whilst we were there. "The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately.
