"The home was advertised to sleep 7 and we had 7 people. Everyone was comfortable but there were not enough coffee cups and untensils, and the kitchen was low on supplies. The owner was excellent at communicating and provided us with an iron as requested. Overall it worked well for sleeping 7 people and the location was convenient for our time in Appleton. "

"Pros: The house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and well stocked. The owners were responsive and communicative. The kitchen is an absolute pleasure if you like to cook and there was plenty of coffee choices. The downstairs entertainment area is pretty cool.Cons: There was no hot water in the downstairs shower. "Very clean, thoughtfully set up, cute home in a safe, centrally located, mid-century neighborhood! I stayed for 11 nights with my two dogs, so the large, fence-in yard was ideal, and I'd definitely stay there again. "We were visiting our son who attends Lawrence University. The place was very clean, very well equipped and the check-in instructions were super simple. The home actually is better than the pictures online and it is very cozy. I would highly recommend this listing, we would stay here again anytime we are in Appleton. EXCELLENT!!"
