We are located just seconds from the main seafront. In terms of location it really doesnt get much better for easy access to the beach which is seconds from the front door. The restaurants and bars of St. James and Kemp Town are all on your door step, and offer a diverse choice to suit all tastes and budgets. It is a five minute walk to Brighton Pier, Brighton's Royal Pavilion, the world famous Lanes and the North Laine area which is packed with over 600 independent retailers selling everything from antiques to vegetarian shoes.
Local events such as Brighton Festival, the Fringe Festival, Party on the Beach and Pride are on your doorstep.

The house is spread over 4 floors giving guest ample space.
We have 4 bedrooms split over 2 floors of the house all bright and airy. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with open plan storage. The other two bedrooms have 2x single beds in each room with built in storage for ample space to store things.
With not one, but two modern bathrooms, one being and ensuite bathroom- there will certainly be no queuing. One with vibrant blue tiled shower the other has shower over bath.
Large lounge with 2 big comfy stylish sofas and smart TV, cosy table and chairs overlooking the neighbourhood great for chilling out in after a busy day in the centre.
Guests have use of the entire house.
Separate kitchen and dining area in the basement with toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your luxury stay a real home from home.
Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided too and you can use washing machine should you decide to wash your clothes.
We provide hotel quality bed linen and soft white fluffy towels for all guests. We also provide complimentary mini toiletries, tea & coffee portions.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Gatwick Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
Getting around Kemptown, Brighton & Hove: Taxi from Brighton station to the flat will costs around £8, or you can walk which takes 15 minutes. There are ample busses only a 1-minute walk from the property that take you straight from and into the centre of Brighton. Take any of the following buses- 1, 2, 7, 37 buses. You need to get off at St James street the bus costs £2 each way or if you are using it more than few times it will be cheaper to buy a bus saver for £5 and you can use the bus as many times as you like for the day!
Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton and Hove
Please note, this property is in a residential area and we do not accept under 25's, hens, stags, parties or unauthorised guests.
Please note with our location being so central you may experience some noise from passersby or some road noise. If you are noise sensitive we would advise not booking this property.
There is a ring doorbell installed at the property, located on the front door. This is to ensure no unauthorised guests enter the property and for guests safety.
Please be aware one of the bathrooms is an en-suite bathroom if this would not work for your group please do not book.
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.
This property is professionally managed. Our team is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
