The Living Room
The spacious open-plan living room features windows with distant sea views, creating a bright and relaxing space to unwind. Enjoy Free Wifi and A Smart TV for streaming your favourite programs through Netflix or Prime. Comfortable sofas that convert into sofa beds, not yet made up, so you can enjoy the space. With a large dining room table with chairs and stools, offering plenty of space for all guests to enjoy meals together. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, four-ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the crokery, cutlery, and glassware you'll need for a comfortable stay. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Great location near to the beach , perfect for our needs for the 2 nights we were there . Timely information all along the process and offers of support if we needed it . Good , clean apartment with loads of space , originally for 6 of us , but ended up with only 4 as 2 family members couldnt make it, but wouldnt have felt crowded if there were more of us . Great having 2 full bathrooms , the rest was kitted out with everything we needed . Recommend for short or long stay

Great location, check trade offs
1. If WiFi is essential, this is not the place for you. The WiFi was very poor, slow, and patchy. If reliable WiFi is important, this is not the place for you.2. If you don’t mind the mild smell of weed and cigarettes from the apartments below, that’s ok. It’s not too bad, but in the twin room you get a stronger smell of cigarettes.3. There was no TV remote control to be found anywhere. Therefore no TV during the stay. We reported it on arrival, but no replacement showed up.4. If LOCATION is more important, this place is located only about 8 mins walk from the main centre, and about 5 mins to the sea front.5. Be careful when booking and pay attention to the security deposit. It’s either a 50 non refundable payment, or a 500 fully refundable payment. I am sure people are directed towards the 50 non refundable option in case you get stung on departure.6. The flat was clean, tidy, and well stocked with cups, plates etc.7. Twin beds are not that comfortable. Mattress was like a thin sponge.8. Two bathrooms, both with full bath tubs. This was a plus.9. Flat 7 is on the top floor. There is an elevator, but we did not use it. 10. A good location, could benefit from a WiFi upgrade; better mattresses, but generally clean, tidy, and convenient.

Pleasant little flat
Was a lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, good price for what it was, only downfall is the smell of weed from the flat below coming up through the boiler cupboard, owner was brilliant answered every question we had promptly. Would most definitely stay there again.
