This is our second time at this property It works so well with our family all of our kids are grown up and have moved out it allows us to all be in the same house with our own space it’s a perfect place to get away with beautiful views and excellent amenities Thank you

Great hideaway

We had a wonderful time at the cozy and beautiful property. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and adults alike. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Loved waking up to such a beautiful view.

Peaceful beauty

Perfect place for our family reunion! Big gathering areas indoor and out, nice big bedrooms, we'll- stocked kitchen with extra ice maker and 2 fridges, across the street from the ski resort, trail heads, a cool LDS Church that rings a bell for Sunday services, and just down from a lovely lake stocked with trout and a wheelchair accessible trail.

Great ski trip

This is a great house for a large group. Right across from the Brighton lifts. Management was very responsive and friendly.

Great Ski Holiday

This location is super close to allow for walking to the ski lifts. The Majestic portion of the chalet has amble space for our group and was well provisioned. We will definitely stay here again if it available for a future trip!!

Great place so close to Brighton Resort!

We came up for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hot tub was a favorite, and so close to Brighton where the wedding was taking place. There were no sheets in the condo for the couches, but one of the owners, Kathy I think, was there and hooked us up. She was amazing and kind. It was perfect and we had enough room for our family!! Thank you. Check in was super easy!!

Needs improvement

Great location, chalet has good space distribution. We were disappointed that the place felt like a college dorm (poor finishes and broken furniture), bathroom shower curtains had orange mildew and bad odor, king bedroom sink leaking on towels, overall needs a good coat of paint, carpets cleaned or replaced, BBQ falling apart, hot tub area needs rubber mats, had issue with breaker that was never resolved (slept w no heat, could not charge phones), annoying chat GPT replies to inquiries.

Awesome property and we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that wasn’t perfect is staying in the basement condo. We would have liked to see that on the property details so we knew before hand. Guests upstairs were fairly rowdy and we could hear footsteps pretty loud down there. Other than that no complaints. Hot tub was awesome to have. Thanks again

Walk to Slopes

Easy walk, lots of snow, a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived, but we sorted everything out. We had parking for 4 vehicles and were able to wash towels and ski clothing as needed. Kitchen worked to feed 4 kids and some hungry adults. Kids enjoyed the spaces to spread out when we weren’t skiing. Neighbors were easy to get along with, and the maintenance crew (husband/wife) were very helpful.

Girls Epic Getaway

We arrived to a messy home, no cleaning had been done from the previous people. Cleaners arrived within an hour. It wasn’t ideal, but everyone jumped on the issue right away. The location is amazing, definitely worth the stay for what we wanted.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic in the beautiful Big Cottonwood Canyon. Everything was as described. The only thing we had a problem with was there were about 20 stairs to get into the suite that was not in the description. It would be helpful if it were disclosed that it may not be good for those who could not handle stairs.

Unbeatable location

Chalet Utah is literally across the street from the milly express lift. No need to drive. Shuttle bus stop is walking distance so you can jump on that and get to Solitude, Snowbird and Park City. Property manager was very quick to resound to emails and messages. There were 4 of us and it was comfortable. It sleep's 11 if you put 2 in each bed and count the pullout sofa in the living room. However the unit would be very crowded with 11 people. I would def rent again if I come back to Brighton

Nice Property.

The property was nice and was clean. Listing did not state that the property was in a basement unit with long very steep steps to get to the front door. Had elderly parent with us which made it difficult for them to come and go. Kitchen accessories where all labeled with the amount of each item in the kitchen, but there was nowhere near that many of each item in the kitchen. We had 1 fork. When we ask the property managers, we were told we should have brought our own. Overall the property worked for our needs of attending a weekend wedding in the mountains.

I'll be back.

How can you beat walking across the street to access the lift. Then at the end of the day ski across the parking lot to the street. Pick up your skies and walk across the street. The shuttle to Solitude was just up at the main Brighton Lodge an easy walk with boots on and again ski back to Brighton and back to the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. We did have a problem with a blown breaker in the kitchen. I sent 2 messages and got no response. I managed to find a unlocked utility room and found the breaker box. Problem was solved. Overall it was a great stay. Team Slacker.
