"Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food and beer is good and great value. Parking is a bit tight, so arrive early if you are checking in!
If you want to eat, make sure you reserve a table. We found out the hard way on Saturday lunchtime that you can't always get a meal, even if you are a resident.
Other than that, it's a good place to stay. It's quiet at night due to the location and the fact that the bar isn't open until late."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The room was clean, bed was big and comfy, and there was plenty of tea/coffee. The included breakfast was delicious, from croissants and cereal to full English. The staff were all lovely and friendly and keen to chat. Would definitely stay here again in the future."
