"It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful. On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...

"The room was small but perfectly formed! Spotlessly clean and provided everything I needed. Lots of stairs but worth it for the amazing sea view. Bed very comfortable. Window was old and rattled as it was very windy, and I would have preferred more tea/milk sachets but other than that, I can’t fault it. I had a great stay in a perfect location right by the sea and overlooking the park. The 20% off voucher for breakfast from  Table was an added bonus. "

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "
