"Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area"

"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. "This beautiful property was in the perfect location to see all Brighton had to offer. It was whimsical, yet still could accommodate all 5 of us with room to spare. We couldn't have picked a better place to finish our UK trip. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for seaside accommodations!"
