The property was honestly perfect. Very well appointed with heating in every room including heated towel racks and electric blankets. As a family of five with 3 kids, the one-level house was really easy to live in, the kitchen had every appliance you could think of! Great walk to and from the main street, beautiful outlook to the mountains opposite - you can watch gorgeous sunsets. We had the best holiday. Highly recommend.

Brilliant Property

Everything you need is here, views, location to bike tracks and main Bright, all the little things are looked after. Condiments, wraps n foils and all those things you just don’t want to pack make it so easy. The owners booklet is lovely and you truly feel relaxed and at home the second you arrive. Quality linen, furniture & fixtures are amazing. Would love to stay again and again and again. Thank you for having us.

Don't tell anyone about this property .......

It has everything! We stayed as a family. It is close to the town and all that Bright has to offer. Also close to the snow where we had soooo much fun. We rate this house highly.

Stellar property in Victoria’s best holiday location

We found Cadence to be one of the best presented and certainly the most well equipped property we have stayed at in years, if not ever. The kitchen had literally everything you could ever need (including spare batteries, sticky tape and note pad & pen) as well as high quality appliances & a multitude of general kitchen accessories. Loved the deck and awning - spent hours out there admiring the views & serenity. Beds a bit firm, but not enough to dissuade us from visiting again. Only issue from our perspective was related to our circumstances - the yard is not fenced off for a toddler. Enjoy your stay at Cadence - we’ll be back

Comfortable and convenient to town

When we arrived at the property, we had trouble getting the front door open. Called the real estate agent and they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Had a maintenance man out right away and the lock was fixed. Very comfortable, warm and clean accommodation, which was close to all ammenities, but quite with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again👍

Friends getaway

The property is a fantastic house to getaway with friends. Gorgeous views from the expansive deck, living areas and bedrooms. Lots of room inside and out for entertaining and relaxing. Comprehensive inventory of crockery and glassware for entertaining too. Only one small thing, the beds are VERY firm.

Fantastic Bright getaway

Excellent view of the surrounding hills, quiet with the sounds of nature. Fantastic location, only an 8 minute walk to the main street and close to the rail trail. All the modern conveniences expected in a holiday home, although a bigger BBQ would have been ideal. Would definitely recommend.
