    ¡No hay necesidad de un solo cocinero en esta cocina! Una cocina de gran tamaño con mucho espacio en el banco y el electrodoméstico esencial para las vacaciones, un lavavajillas. Con la cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, esta es una gran casa para que la familia se congregue. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 12 personas cómodamente y la cocina está bien equipada con cocina eléctrica y de gas, microondas y nevera / congelador de tamaño completo.

    SALÓN Y ENTRETENIMIENTO
    Un gran salón en forma de "L" con bolsas de frijoles es un gran lugar para reunirse y conversar o relajarse mientras mira la gran televisión montada en la pared. El televisor ya está conectado a Netflix o puede sintonizar sus dispositivos con WIFI. El salón también cuenta con un hermoso fuego de gas para calentarse en los fríos meses de invierno.

    REFRIGERACIÓN CALEFACCIÓN
    Calefacción: fuego de gas en la sala de estar, calentadores de panel en los dormitorios 1 y 2 y calefacción / refrigeración de casetes ubicados cerca de la cocina.

Comfortable and well equipped

A practical house which was perfect for our family group, comfortable beds, effective heaters and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery etc. Good quality dishwasher was much appreciated. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday Retreat

It is in the heart of bright, walking distance to the bright brewery and into town.Our 2 dogs loved the fully secure backyard.We even got to utilise the pool.All in all it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back.

Great location - to wander into town, or walk along the river, very dog friendly, pool (very clean) was used, even though it was freezing! Very comfy beds although we couldn't get the panel heaters working. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, and took advantage of charging our car :). Maybe recommend an upgrade of kitchen pots/pans and utensils

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed as we stayed here 5 years ago and saw great potential, but nothing has changed in that time. Terrible water pressure, cleaner needs to do a better job - cobwebs and dust everywhere. Garden terrible, with weeds and overgrown shrubs. Bunks beds are dangerous - 2 split heads.

Fantastic family getaway home

We have stayed at this property for over 10 years as it is a great location. Just needs a little update.

Lovely. You will be happy

This property is lovely. Super spacious home. Well maintained indoors and outdoors. Well equipped with kitchen and cleaning essentials. Excellent location walking distance from town. I really would have liked to give 5 stars. The mattresses on all beds are awful. If this is important to you it will matter. If not the choice is excellent. The other list star was for lighting. More than half the light globes were out. I let this go bc I did not want maintenance coming whilst caring for my ill child. I still highly recommend but cannot give five stars with 2 major comforts disturbed.

The set up is perfect for large groups (we had 8 people - but you could easily and comfortably have 2 x families of 5). Back yard perfect for the dog. Great house - will stay there again.

Good not great

We stayed for 3 nights with our families and the house set up was great. Open kitchen/dining and lounge area was perfect for our family. The heating was excellent and didn’t feel the cold at all. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the backyard space. The house was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed, it was just the small details that let it down a bit. The mattresses are not comfortable, the communal toilet didn’t have a lock which was not ideal for the amount of people in the house and the lock on the outside gate was broken which not safe as the dogs could have escaped. Communication with property manager was excellent & key pick up was made very easy. Everything was nice & clean. Location is amazing! Just a short walk to town. Overall it’s a good place to stay with families and I would stay here again if the mattresses were more comfortable.

The facilities are great for a large group with numerous bedding options and a large family dining/lounge area and backyard with BBQ. While we didn't make use of it there is also a pool. The property is also well located being close to the river and the shops.

Cleanliness

I was very disappointed with how clean the house was when we arrived. I was on the understanding that it had been COVID sanitised, but, the fridge was dirty, the pantry shelves had to be wiped down which showed dirt and dust, the kitchen floor had food spots on it, most of the knives and bowls had dried an food, I think this was due to the ridiculously large dinner plates that stop the dishwasher from working properly, the Ben h had to be wiped down before use. The main bedroom was very dusty including the bed head, the small bin in the en-suite was broken, dirty and rusty, the shower caddies were dirty and rusty, the towel rail was off the wall. It would not take much to upgrade these things. I would hope that you would inspect these properties after they had been cleaned, if not I would recommend it.
