"tried to cancel 7 days before the stay thru email, thru phone call, thru expedia agent. because of a visa denial. they said they talked with hotel to try to get cancellation. but when i called the hotel expedia never called or tryed nothing."

"Fueron muy profesionales y eficaces a la hora de alargar una noche nuestra estancia.
