"Stayed 1 night before whale watching tour. Booked through Expedia so not sure if that explains why but we were placed in room in farthest building. Room obviously in great need of updating. Old stained carpeting needs to go, wall paper borders are just sad! Holes in walls where TVs used to be unfilled and 1 sad looking piece of wall decor of tea pots over bed area! On a plus, mattresses seemed to be newish but pillows were not at all comfy. The bathroom had a toilet that rocked when you sat...

"We had a wonderful stay in the cozy cottage! We really enjoyed having the kayaks and hot tub on our front door step, and spent most of our time outside. Great location- close to the 101 and Mavilette Beach. Just a short drive to Yarmouth."
