The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light from two sets of French doors. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need for home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining table which sits close by. In the evening relax on one of two deep-filled sofas and take your evening’s entertainment from the Smart TV. An electric log effect fire offers a warming ambience for the cooler winter months. This holiday home provides a twin bedroom and a master double room with a TV and en-suite shower room whilst the house bathroom offers the opportunity for a relaxing soak in the bath or a quick shower before heading out for the day. A spacious hallway and a separate utility room with a washing machine completes the accommodation. During the summer throw open the French doors and relax on the enclosed decking. Enjoy alfresco dining whilst watching the deer meander through the park.

Bring your golf clubs and enjoy a round or two at the on-site golf course or perfect your game at the driving range. Stroll through the park and take the path to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, enjoy the dramatic scenery from the cliff-top walks or marvel at the towering chalk cliffs of the Flamborough Heritage Coastline.

The bustling harbour town of Bridlington is just a few minutes drive away and here you can find a plethora of tea rooms, fish and chip restaurants and miles of golden beach to enjoy. The stately homes of Burton Agnes and Sledmere House and Gardens are close by and RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a must-visit. The historic towns of York and Whitby are under an hour away whilst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park offer miles of walking and cycling opportunities.
