On-site amenities include a shared dock, a swimming area beach, a pool, a tennis court also lined for two pickleball courts, a lakeside firepit, and kayaks/SUPs available for use.

A wood-burning brick fireplace and a smart TV provide the perfect setting for casual downtime in the living room. The lower-level living area also features a smart TV and sofa seating for added flexibility and home comfort. The downstairs space also features a separate kitchenette/wet bar equipped with a sink and a fridge. The main kitchen features a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for home cooking.
