"We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. "WOW. Place is gorgeous, well appointed and the hostess was amazing. Centered right in downtown, its a perfect spot for walking and sightseeing. We had an issue (on our side) and the hostess was extremely responsive and was able to help us resolve it- well beyond expectations. Will stay here next time we are in Three Oaks for sure."

"Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings."

"The property was everything we could hope for for our multi generational gathering. Well equipped kitchen with open concept areas for meals. We were slightly nervous about how sunny the backyard would be, but large umbrellas provided amble shade while enjoying the pool. With the private beach so close, we were able to enjoy Lake Michigan with the "littles". Hope we can visit again soon!"

"Had a mini vacation with our Son’s family. Oldest grandson lived on the basketball court, grand daughter lived at the fire pit. Youngest grandson was in the hot tub as long as we would let him. Recreation room was awesome, saw two football games on 2 TVs. Played pool and hand shuffleboard. Many arcade games! Bedrooms were awesome! Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch. House was secluded, loved the privacy! Hope to return. "

"The home is perfect! The view of lake Michigan was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and being attached to the large sitting area meant that we were all able to be together (while my son made homemade bread and pasta for us!).The hosts were wonderful before and after-they even did a quick check in on us!The house is clean and comfortable and the outside setup and views were everything we could ask for! "Lots to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, the golf cart, and the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and the nearby playground, with a zip line, was a hit with our 10 year old grandson. The short drive to New Buffalo offered us the opportunity to enjoy local restaurants. The dunes, the hikes and the shore line were all enjoyed. And we have never seen so many wonderful deer. We had hoped to use the bikes in the garage, but did not have time. Would definitely select this house again."
