"The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. "We love this place! This hotel is in a great location, it's extremely clean, it's beautifully decorated, the breakfast is marvellous and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. We had the most fabulous stay and will definitely go back again!"

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even made us a lovely vegan English breakfast, which we really appreciated. We didn’t have time to explore Perth on this visit, but we’d happily stay at this hotel again when we return in the future."

"Everything! This an absolute 10! The attention to every detail is amazing. The small hotel is beautifully decorated with a true Scottish theme. The rooms are spacious. Very comfotable bed. Bathroom has large luxurious towels and amenities. A coffee machine, real cups and saucers and snacks in the room. We have never had such an amazing breakfast, despite travelling for many years all over the world! Charming dining room, lovely china. A great experience"
