About 300 m from the house, you'll find the center of the complex with an office, bar, restaurant, large swimming pool, children's pool, playground, table tennis, mini golf, and tennis court. Table tennis and mini golf equipment are available in the house. There's a sandbox directly on the property. A washing machine is available in the complex for an extra fee.



This detached, cozy holiday home is located in a vacation complex in a chestnut forest above Luino on Lake Maggiore. It is accessible directly from the parking area via stairs. The spacious terrace offers beautiful lake views. In this quiet, sunny complex, the charmingly furnished house features 3 rooms: a living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, shower/WC, and a kitchen with dishwasher. It accommodates 4–5 guests. The 36 sqm terrace with fireplace, lovely garden, sunbathing lawn, mountain and lake views, and a parking space right in front of the house provide comfort. The property covers 600 sqm. For families, a baby bed, bed guard for toddlers, and a high chair are available.



After more than twenty years in which my mother or mother-in-law managed the beautiful Casa Ines, we, Patrick and Claudia, took over in early 2014. True to the motto "everything stays different," we've made some small updates without losing the house's charm.
