Such a beautiful house with a great location!

We so enjoyed our stay at your charming home. It was wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. The front porch was a great spot to relax and watch people go by. We highly recommend this home to Brevard visitors.

Very comfortable and great location

The house was perfect for four adults for our long weekend. Very easy walk to everything of interest in the downtown Brevard area. Comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and the hot tub was nice after walking/biking. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Brevard Rocks

Excellent property located in the heart of Downtown Brevard. Walking distance to all the action. The property was great, historic and well kept. No issues and the communication was excellent. I would happily recommend this property.

Great house in PERFECT location

We came to visit our son, who attends Brevard College. This house was perfect and we will definitely be back. Walking distance to downtown, great house that is packed with everything you may need. Our four legged family member loved the hugr backyard.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and its history in the back room displayed in photographs was so very interesting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the living room comfortable & large TV perfect for watching basketball (UNC vs Duke game). We also enjoyed the hot tub. The weather was fantastic as was the fly fishing! We did have time to walk everywhere - house is perfect location right on Main St.

Wonderful home in fantastic location

We absolutely loved our stay at Witek Rinker house. Thoughtfully renovated with interesting Brevard College memorabilia, the house is super clean, well organized, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the huge backyard, walking to all the stores, breweries and restaurants and loved the bike path being so close. White Squirrel were quick to deal with any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again. It was lovely!

The Witek-Rinker house is the perfect walkable spot to enjoy all downtown Brevard has to offer. We appreciated how easy it is to relax in this house, but also get to all the go-to places easily. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and inviting. We not only love how the owner's have tied Brevard College's running history into the decor, but we also love how they have lovingly cared for this remodeled home. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Great House in Perfect Location!

We loved the Witek Rinker House. Walk to everything downtown and Lumberyard District. Literally 3-5 minutes. Very well furnished. Beds a little soft, but comfortable. Huge backyard. Hot Tub was great after a day of riding and hiking. We’ve rented in Brevard 3-4 times and this house has been our favorite. We will be back!

The best place to stay-location exceptional in the heart of Brevard. Digital Locks made entry easy. House was excellent. Exceptional and beautiful decor throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Modern and large refrigerator. Departure was a breeze. Again locked with digital lock. Exceptional property management. Very responsive and exceeded my expectations.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The Witek Rinker House is a great home for our family to visit and make a home base for all the local activities nearby. It is located on a quiet street yet is in the middle of everything the town of Brevard has to offer. There many shops and restaurants within a short walk of the home. The home itself pays homage to the coaches and runners who made their home at Brevard College in the heyday of its cross country and track program here. Sitting on the front porch swing with a cup of coffee in the morning is just divine. Hanging out in the backyard hot tub after a long hike in the Pisgah National Forest is a huge plus! We will come again and again to this beautiful home in one of our favorite places in North Carolina.

Our time with old friends was great.

Our time with old friends was great. It makes for a better stay if you go there with people you love but either way, you'll love them when you leave although sad for the leaving. The property is on Main St. The walk to the middle of the business section was just two blocks. The front porch swing and chairs were perfect for watching the people walk by and go into the restaurant across the street. For those going to Brevard Music Center, it is a close drive or it could be walked. Inside the living room chairs and sofa in front of the TV make a relaxing place to talk or watch TV. The big family dining room table is perfect for that big family dinner and after dinner conversation. The adjoining kitchen will satisfy any cook and if barbecuing is what you do, the backyard is only a few steps away from the kitchen.
