On the inside of this home you will see its true colors of elegance and simplicity with an open floor plan on the main level. With a fully functional kitchen that opens up to the dining area. The living room centers around the wood-burning fireplace, a great place for movie night.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each room has designer-colored walls, it is the smaller of the two rooms that features a balcony and a stain glass window of a white squirrel.

Additionally, fall in love with the magic of Sherwood Forest and enjoy all it has to offer. This enchanting area includes more than 20 miles of hiking trails with meandering streams and gentle waterfalls. Explore and see if you can find the old stills! Enjoy fishing on five lakes, swimming in a heated junior Olympic pool, play tennis, and golf on an executive course where the hazards include wildflower beds and an occasional llama caddy.
