The house was perfect for our family vacation chasing waterfalls. Clean, convenient to “things to do” and had everything we needed for comfort. Would definitely book again! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location close to the college, restaurants and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, comfortable and worked out great for our stay. Great communication with the host. We would happily stay here again!

Very comfortable beds & easy to spread out and hang out in this house. Plenty of comfortable places to sit. Very quiet location and convenient. We would stay there again.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. They answered every question I had before I arrived. There’s normal wear and tear but it was still comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay here again with my family and kids.

This mountain retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 7. The kids loved the game room and beds in basement. The adults loved the long table for dinners, firepit, grill, and stocked kitchen (including a pound of ground local coffee!). The provided games and puzzles provided activities for all ages during our "down time." Our dog really appreciated the enclosed backyard, dog bowls, and provided doggie bags (okay, he didn't really care about that part, but we appreciated it!). Check-in and check-out were super easy. The internet worked great! The only downside was only having two bathrooms, but with some planning, we made it work!

Property was as listed, very clean, plenty of room for everyone. Teens loved the pool table and large area downstairs. Adults had fun sitting by the fire pit in the evening and talking. Very close to food, stores and the entrance to Pisgah Forest.

Family getaway

We had age ranges from 22 to 82 staying in the house, and it worked for everyone. The house was very clean and comfortable, with great proximity to downtown Brevard, which is lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous place, had all the amenities we need to cook & have separated spaces. Very good location other than the one questionable neighbor across the street. We felt & was very safe. Had a good time exploring surrounding area when weather cooperated. Highly recommend host & place!

Great Family Hangout & Central Location

If you’re visiting the Brevard area this vacation home is centrally located to see the sights and do the things! It also has everything you need to enjoy family time. Very large dining table to eat or play games, spaces to watch movies, sit around a fire, play pool and shuffleboard, or just read a book. Well laid out home for family time.

Very comfortable stay and very convent location. Could use a freshen interior and exterior freshen up.Also, it is not handicap friendly. We have stayed in this house several times but will need to consider another location because of all the steps.

Water falls vacation

Great location. Quick drive to downtown Brevard. Quick drive to a lot of great outdoor activities. House very well equipped, nicely upgraded, setup well for large group. Highly recommended!

Our favorite trip of the year

This was our second summer at this place and we love it. Hoping to be back next year, really feels like home away from home and the proximity to Pisgah is heavenly. The more you figure out your way around town, the more you realize how close this place is to everything. Can't say enough good things.

Great rental!

Everything was super clean and as described in listing. Well equipped kitchen, nice beds and bedding, comfortable. Owner was accessible and friendly though we didn’t need anything during stay.
