  • 'The Cottage at Franklin Park' is conveniently located in downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Located in the Franklin Park neighborhood, directly across the street from 'The Big Play' and City Pool. Just a stones throw from Main Street shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Brevard College, Silvermont and Transylvania County Library. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, dining room for 6, living room with fireplace and cable TV, wireless internet and a fantastic screen porch. Property also has a fenced in backyard with deck area. Local attractions include....Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the ever popular Sliding Rock. Asheville is just 30 minutes north and easily accessible. Come visit Brevard, a perfect location to call home camp while exploring Transylvania County and all of Western North Carolina.

Our stay was superb. The property was very well-furmished and inviting. They provided numerous entertainment options. The location-close to downtown yet in a park environment (quiet and relaxing)- is a real sell. Again, it was superb.

Perfect Brevard Cottage

We needed a place in downtown Brevard to visit friends and check on our property. House was perfectly located near restaurants and shops and was quaint and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly community. Multiple people walking by the house asked about our stay and hoped we enjoyed it. Playground close by with multiple things for different age kids. Great communication with owner.

Perfect location, home away from home

This property is clean and spacious! We loved everything about it. The huge porch with swing was a bonus! The beds were really comfortable. The enclosed backyard was great too. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Idyllic

The home combined modern convenience and appointment with classic, southern design. It was a realtor's dream for location, location, location. The park across the street and a short walk to town made it superb. Thank you to the hosts for such a great stay.

Great place!

Best Cottage in Brevard

This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful cottage! From check in to check out, everything went very smoothly. We cooked in every night and always found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, etc. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch each morning with our coffee, each afternoon with our wine, and each evening while eating our dinner. We enjoyed watching the families enjoy the community pool and playground across the street. The neighborhood is very special. We will definitely be back!

The cutest cottage!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview cottage. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Our favorite part was the lovely front porch, and we spent our early mornings and evenings swinging and reading there. We found the location to be very convenient for walking to downtown as well as driving to waterfalls, hiking trails and more. Overall, wonderful property and would definitely recommend.

Brevard Baseball Fans

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Brevard! 4 of 5 of our daughters joined us to watch our son play Nado baseball. We started each day on the front porch planning the day - Pisgah National Forest hikes in the morning and baseball in the afternoons. The cottage was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do!

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. It was very comfortable. Beds were lovely and lots of bedding, towels, kitchen amenities to allow for making meals at home. The location of the home is across from an excellent park for kids and close to downtown and groceries. Brevard is a very walkable place and this home is in the centre of it all while still allowing for quiet. Host was available if needed and check in was seamless.

Perfect

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.
