  • Esta encantadora casa de campo remodelada ofrece 3 dormitorios, 2 baños de mármol. Ubicado en un gran lote dentro de la ciudad y ubicado a .3 millas del Brevard Music Center ya poca distancia del centro de Brevard, que ofrece excelentes restaurantes y tiendas.

    Esta cómoda casa ofrece un comedor separado con una gran mesa de pino para sentarse y disfrutar de comidas tranquilas, la sala de estar ofrece cómodos asientos y una maravillosa luz de la mañana. Hay un área separada del estudio para sentarse y leer o mirar sus películas favoritas sin molestar a las demás. Could not have asked for a better accommodation. Great location.The home was beautiful - amazing beds, so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, everything provided for a wonderful stay.Great memories were made.

I don’t have words for how wonderful this precious place is! Humble pride of ownership permeates every square inch of this lovely home. Location, charm, architecture, decor, blackberry and honeysuckle bushes, fireflies…and a host who cares. I am actually honored to have been a guest.

This was the second time we stayed at this beautiful cottage and we’ll be back again! Communication with the host was super easy and we had no issues with checking in or checking out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located near downtown and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more.

The property was a vey quaint cottage in a good walkable location to downtown Brevard and well stocked. Communication with host was good as well. Property was cute and cozy inside and very clean. It could use a some exterior maintenance so that outside would match the inside quality but overall a great stay. Would stay again and recommend.

The house is juat adorable with tons of old house charm. The rooms are a good size, and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed having a separate living room, dining room, and den. The side porch is a nice place to sit and talk. Communication with the host was excellent.

Cozy and Quaint

We loved Brevard and this “cozy and quaint” cottage just on the outskirts of town was perfect for us! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the relaxing areas were filled with a lot of seating and proper lighting for reading. The house was clean and communication was easy.

Wonderful property! Fantastic location!

The house is very clean and well-appointed. Location is fantastic, can walk to town and to Brevard Music Center. Rachael is a fabulous host!!! And we saw a white squirrel across the street - bonus!

Musical Girls’ Weekend

Great VRBO with a charming location, convenient to everything and super clean. Thanks to all that, fireflies in the evening and a white squirrel siting, we’ll be back. Here’s hoping for repairs to the rock driveway - navigating that was a slight challenge.

Lovely historic cottage

This was a nice home in a good location near town. Despite the snow and ice I was able to walk around Brevard easily. It was very well decorated in a cottage style. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were excellent and the bedrooms were charming. The home also stayed at a comfortable temperature in every room, despite the winter weather.

Great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here for a night so we could drop her off early the next morning for a local camp in Brevard. The homeowner was very communicative and easy, everything was just as posted. It is so close to town you can walk to the restaurants, toy store, Kilwins, coffee shop, etc. Would definitely stay here again for a future camp drop off again!

Memorial Day Weekend/White Squirrel Festival

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage located within walking distance to downtown Brevard. We arrived after dark and had no trouble letting ourselves into the house. Everything was neat and clean. There was plenty of room to spread out both downstairs and upstairs. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions.We will definitely book our trip again in this downtown cottage!
