Very thoughtfully designed, furnished, and equipped house. Clean and well maintained. Host Mike Reilly took initiative to communicate when appropriate and was very responsive to our questions.

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!Our family of four absolutely loved this home! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and perfect for making memories together. The sunroom quickly became our favorite hangout—bright, cozy, and such a peaceful spot to relax. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, especially in the evenings under the stars.There were so many thoughtful gathering spaces throughout the property. We enjoyed meals and games around the beautiful dinner table, relaxed in the front family room, and spent lots of time on the deck and in the outdoor area under the twinkling lights—it felt magical!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made it easy to stay in and enjoy family dinners. Every detail in the home was clearly designed with comfort and connection in mind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

Adorable house with so many thoughtful touches! Never have we experienced a host who went to such lengths to make sure our stay was perfect. Everything was provided-- plenty of towels, paper products, soap and shampoo, lake floats, laundry necessities, coffee, etc. -- and access to all the amenities that Connestee Falls has to offer! The hiking trails are amazing and so well maintained. The gym was top notch and fully provided all the workout needed for our high-school football player. Lovely pool and clubhouse with a nice restaurant right there. We didn't golf, but the course looked beautiful. The lakes were the clearest we've ever seen. Our kids preferred to swim in them over the pool! We also really enjoyed the hot tub - for which extra towels were also provided! Oh, and the location in Connestee is the best - close to the best lake and the best hiking, and also right near the Walnut Hollow gate with quickest access to downtown Brevard, which was only 12-15 minutes away and a beautiful drive. But the view from the front porch was so lovely, we preferred to eat there most nights. For anything you want to do in town, our hosts had recommendations ready. We had everything we needed for a magical week. It was very hard to leave!

Great location for hiking and wonderful house.

Nice secluded location with all amenities.

Enjoyed our stay, doing nothing much, mostly hiking the various trails on the property and in nearby Pisgah forest, using the hot tub, visiting Brevard for a little shopping and taking in the local sights/attractions.

A Frame Get a Way

The house is as described and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is cozy, but has plenty of room to spread out. The area is very quite and being at the end of the road means no car noise. The house is close to great hikes (inside the community and out), really close to downtown Brevard and Looking Glass Falls. Pet friendly and nice hot tub. I only wish there was a fire pit, but to be fair, when we were there fire danger was extreme so it that may have been the reason. I recommend this home for a nice get a way that feels remote while still being close to town.

Mountain Retreat

I can’t say enough about this little piece of paradise! Everything about it was perfection. From the second you walk in to the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfy beds and well stocked kitchen, we knew we selected the perfect place. There was nothing I’d change! We have found a hidden jewel in Connestee Falls, and we want to spread the word!

Fall foliage getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the A Frame cabin! The property is very clean and well stocked. We loved the views from the front porch and the sunroom, where you really feel as though you're sitting in the forest. The cabin has many beautiful modern upgrades, while maintaining a cozy vintage feel. Mike and Sierra were very helpful and communicative. We can't wait to go back!

Home away from home

Ahhh…. Is exactly what we felt when we walked in. Looks exactly like the photos. Beautifully decorated and oh so comfy! The trails in Connestee were so breathtaking, and some pretty challenging but so worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house and amenities!

We were in Brevard for our daughter's camp drop off and loved the location and all of the amenities also provided. We were able to dine at the Overlook and did a beautiful waterfall hike. Kids loved the hot tub and the loft area! Close enough to town for shopping, a Dolly's ice cream trip, Brevard College white squirrel sighting and post hike late afternoon at Oskars Brewery for food and live music. We usually stay in Asheville for camp dropoff weekend but will definitely come back to Brevard and the A frame!

Great getaway spot!

Very quiet, and very secluded little A-frame at the very back of a gated community. Only thing you hear is the birds and the wind! Its a super cute cabin thats super close to downtown Brevard and Pisgah National Forest. Couldn't really ask for more if you’re the adventurous type.

Highly recommend when in Brevard!!

We chose this mountain house for a relaxing family spring break trip and really enjoyed it. The house setting has just enough space around it to enjoy privacy while still feeling safe and close to what you may need in and around town. We walked into a very clean yet cozy home with everything that we needed to relax. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub (which was very clean and worked perfectly) was a treat. We were so happy to bring our dog who loved laying on the deck and our teen daughter who enjoyed the loft area and separate bathroom upstairs. Mike, the host is friendly and responsive and everything was clearly laid out. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay! Everything was wonderful. More supplies than many rentals offer, great communication, and the view was peaceful and beautiful. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!! Highly recommend.

Aframe in Connestee Falls

We really enjoyed our stay . There was so much to do , so close . We really enjoyed all the hiking trails in the community. Beautiful waterfalls all around . The house had everything we needed . We would definitely like to come back to stay there again .

Magical, Cozy & Beautiful.

Location is perfect, within a reasonable distance of Brevard, Pisgah and Dupont. Conveniently placed near the entrance so you don't have to deal with the crazy steep roads within the community. The Jacuzzi is a dream after a long day Mountain biking or hiking, the house flows so well from the front porch to the back yard inside and out. Very convenient to have access to the garage to store bicycles. Has all the amenities that you need and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have ALL you need to make it feel like a home away from home.

Relaxing getaway
