"Gorgeous hotel with a really quaint old world feel. Really genourous room facilities. I would have preferred a bath to a shower but I wasn’t given the option at booking. Staff all really pleasant and helpful."

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...

"El desayuno es el típico inglés. Poco más a destacar. La carne, en la Brasserie, demasiado hecha, aunque las pidas poco hecha. El Fish & Chips sí se les da bien. Muy buen gym. La piscina interior no llegué a probarla, pero muy buena pinta. Habitaciones correctas. Si te duchas en hora punta salen 4 gotas… a las 6 sale con presión. Eso sí, solo por visitar la parte antigua, merece hospedarse allá."

"There is no reception at the property so you need to be a bit more prepared than I was when you arrive. You need your key code to hand - which is easier to do before hand not when stood in the rain after a long drive with no reading glasses and little patience. That overcome (the info is in a mail and you can re-request) the room was of a good standard and the bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot and with good pressure. The tea and coffee facilities (including a pod machine)...

"We had a coffee on the 1st morning but the mugs were not washed or replaced for the 2nd day & the coffee & milk not replaced."

"We had people fighting and thumping in the too above us. Was not able to get 5 minutes sleep, eventually gave up and three thirty am and got dressed. We left by 04:30 am. I would like a refund"

"Large room. Good size bath. All very clean. Plenty of hot water. Shower gel etc very economy level. Handy for station. Buffet breakfast good drink choices. Really helpful staff went over and above when we lost something in the car park. Note. There is a parking charge (2 nights was £10). Many areas closed for refurbishment."
