Hotel con buen desayuno.
Habitaciones cómodas, limpias, buenas instalaciones en general. El desayuno bastante completo y con variedad de opciones. La TV es satelital, por lo que un usuario que no este familiarizado con la navegación en este tipo de sistemas, le será dificil encontrar algo que ver en TV.

I had a medical emergency . I called and asked to get a refund as I could not drive. I realize it was non- refundable but I offered papers to prove medical info. Really can’t make an exception?? Not good…

I stayed for a cousin’s wedding in the Brentwood area. The hotel was clean, quiet, and included breakfast. I recommend this location for convenience to Starbucks across the street and numerous places to eat nearby.

We always stay here when we visit our daughter. The number one reason we choose this hotel is for its cleanliness. We had an issue on the first night we stayed here this past weekend. The room had a bad odor, it smelled dirty. The odor was of muggy sweat. We had been driving for over 8 hours and were exhausted so I didn't go back downstairs to let the check in person know. I cracked the window in hopes that it would air out but it did not. The next morning I brought this issue up to the front desk. They said they would do a deep clean and said we could get a different room if the issue wasn't resolved. When we came back, the odor was gone, room was very clean and we had a great night sleep.

Unfortunately Hampton Inns have gone downhill. The room smelled musty and old. The bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a backache. This is the very last time I will stay at a Hampton Inn.

I didn’t realize these are franchises hotels . Upon ready the reviews,guest stated their room smelled . I was hoping that issue was resolved but unfortunately I room smelled. My mom’s smelled like DOG even before she took her service dog in her room . She had ants in her room . Definitely not updated like the Hampton I’m in now . Staff was younger . Lacked customer service skills .

Good location. Seems like a new facility. Big tv. Hot water. But our room was next to a noisy pump or ventilation shaft which made noise all night. Otherwise, very satisfactory. We like Hampton and embassy.

For the price, over $300 for one night, i would expect a TV that works, a place/shelf in the shower to put my soap and razor on and a shower head low enough for me to reach and adjust. I am 5'3" and could not reach it up at 7' high... Also, i am all for pet friendly accommodations, but i asked for a quiet room so they put me on the 3rd floor which is fine, but the neighbor room had a small yapper dog....

Bad bathroom and unclean comforter and sheets
The bathroom tiles were loose and popping up creating a dangerous condition while walking on them. The show area is poorly designed causing the water to spread all over the bathroom floor. The comforter smelled as if not washed for weeks.

Room was big and nice. Bathroom was big too and clean. Chair for the desk had few spots. Very friendly staff. We had to get a quick grab for the breakfast before they open, and they allowed us to do so. Overall good stay.

Great service. Big miss on food!
Shower was patched up, old, poor shower head. Every time the A/C kicked on in the next room, I heard it in my room. Breakfast options poor. Scrambled eggs were like dried up beads. Not enough cream for our coffee. They said that was all they had. Out of bananas. Best choice was a hard boiled egg. We paid for the inclusive breakfast but had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast and get coffee.

Property is located in a good area. Had issues with the shower as the water temp was impossible to adjust. It got either too hot or cold. Ended up taking cold showers. The maintenence guy couldn't fix.

First room had no working phone or air conditioner. Second room had no housekeeping. Third room had no working shower, with water either cold or dangerously hot. Staff was helpful, but not enough. They clearly don’t maintain the facility. It was sweltering, the pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work. One of the three worst hotel experiences in my life, and definitely not up to the Hampton standard.

Two of the machines in the fitness room were broken and so was the pool. But the staff were super friendly and helpful and it was quieter than the last time I stayed here!
