"This reservation got off to a rocky start. My family has been staying at Portifino for years and the property and staff have always been great. Communication with the property owner was very bad and his responses were curt and not helpful. My sister and her partner had a good time since we couldnt make it, but the room needed a very deep clean when she got there. Overall I would not book with this owner again. "overall, condo was clean. there was a musty smell in it, though, that was a bit nauseating. Also, the towels were very rough and irritating and had a bad smell also. I think the towels and linens could use upgrading for the price you pay to rent it. The view was fabulous except the two towers in front of it blocked part of the ocean view. We would certainly come back again, but would probably try to rent one of the front towers instead."
