Had no hot water on 2 days of our 3 days stay. Servicing of room not carried out as towels were not changed each day, beds were not made up and coffee and tea were not replenished until we phoned reception. The room bin was not emptied during our stay. We paid £472.50 for 3 nights stay.

My room had not been hoovered; really uncomfortable bed and there was a constant dripping noise overnight - terrible night sleep.
