The 104 m² apartment at Landhaus Sonnenterrasse in Grasberg is set on a historic estate dating back to 1802 and has been completely renovated. It accommodates up to 6 guests. There is one step at the entrance, but the apartment itself is barrier-free.



The apartment features a living room and two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged together or separately. There is a bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. All rooms have thermostat-controlled heating. Amenities include TVs with satellite channels in the living room and bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace for computer use. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books.



Enjoy the private garden and open terrace – perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



A shared parking space is located directly at the house, and self check-in makes arrival easy. Please note that events are not permitted.



The newly renovated apartment is set in a rural area between Fischerhude and Grasberg (both 6 km away). A bus stop is 300 m away. The artists’ village of Fischerhude is 6 km away, and Worpswede, with sights like Barkenhoff, the Heinrich Vogeler and Paula Modersohn-Becker museums, and concerts, is 12 km away.
