We welcome you to a typical Beaufortain chalet from 1720 completely renovated with care, "Lo Garois" d'Annuit, a very quiet hamlet 2 km from the charming village of Hauteluce. Ideally located 2 km from the access to the ski lifts of Contamines-Montjoie and those of Les Saisies (5 minutes by car). A free shuttle bus less than 200 metres away on foot serves these two accesses to the slopes during the ski season, the village of Hauteluce and the heart of the resort of Les Saisies (9 km from Annuit). It is also a very good starting point for ski or snowshoe tours. Gentle slopes around the chalet to indulge in the joys of sledging.

The maximum capacity of the chalet is 12 people (adults+children+babies)

RC and 1st floor served by elevator allowing direct access from the private parking lot to people with reduced mobility.

• Swimming pool area (61 m2) (which you will have exclusive use) with heated indoor swimming pool (7mx3m with counter-current swimming) opening through a large window onto a terrace, shower room (walk-in shower, suspended toilet, sink) and Finnish sauna, on the first floor. Access to the pool area is via an electric door with a height control button out of reach of children. The pool is secured by a roller shutter.

• "Fir" and "Ski" (2 attic bedrooms): 4 to 6 beds: 2 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 80x190 + 2 drawer beds of 80x190 with shared bathroom (shower, suspended toilet, sink) on the 2nd floor
• Laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) on the first floor
• Closed garage that can accommodate bicycles.

We live all year round in another chalet, nearby, below "Lo Garois"

Beds will be made on arrival and we provide you with all the linen.
The end-of-stay cleaning of 150 euros (mandatory), the tourist tax at the current rate and the deposit of 2000 euros are to be paid on arrival in the premises.
