The building is characterised by its modern architecture, and the Lunghin holiday flat on the ground floor impresses with its comfortable, tasteful, clear and warm furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Situated away from the pass road and yet in the immediate vicinity of the village centre of Maloja, our non-smoking domicile for guests without pets promises a relaxing and enjoyable holiday far away from everyday life.

    Inside the flat you will find stylish and high-quality furnishings, from the living room with parquet flooring, WLAN, cable TV, radio and CD system to comfortable armchairs and a cosy sofa, which create an inviting atmosphere. The two bedrooms with Swiss stone pine furniture, bedside tables, reading lamps, a large wardrobe, a desk and rugs on parquet flooring offer a cosy and comfortable ambience for restful nights. All rooms can be darkened. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. It has amenities such as a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchen towels, so that you will want for nothing. The bathrooms are completely new, one with a bathtub with shower attachment, heated towel rail, linen and natural light, the other with a rain shower, heated towel rail and linen.
    A further plus is the public transport ticket, which is available free of charge for the entire Upper Engadine during your stay and additionally for the Bergell in summer.

    In the outdoor area, on the south-facing seating area, our guests can enjoy the benefits of the comfortable garden furniture, experience nature with the mountains and the far-reaching views and daydream in the sunlight. The nearby children's playground and the children's ski lift in Maloja offer opportunities for our youngest guests. The surrounding dream landscape can also be explored on the numerous hiking trails, Nordic walking trails, bike trails, alpine ski pistes and cross-country ski trails. Various other sports facilities can be found in the surrounding area.

    Maloja and the surrounding area is known for its unique atmosphere, which attracts nature, sport and culture lovers in equal measure.
