Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it.
