"Stayed for 2 nights on our Welsh road trip.
We were hugely impressed with this lovely little B&B. Beautifully appointed rooms, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast box is such a great idea, allowing you to eat in or take it with you if you are heading for an early start. There's a lovely collection of continental and local produce, both excellent and plentiful.

"Beautifully presented peaceful B&B with lovely views towards the Brecon Beacons from the breakfast room. We selected this B&B due to proximal convenience to the local "Y Promenad" parkrun, just a few minutes walk away, which I visited to collect my "Y" as part of parkrun's alphabet tourism challenge. "A very well presented and convenient hotel for Hay on Wye and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and finished to a high standard. Would be perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting to explore the local area. Will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at this b and b which is in a beautiful setting. The hosts Sarah and Paul went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices and catered well for my gluten free needs."

"Kel and Mel made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Gave us ideas about what we could do. We enjoyed a day walking along the canal and the next day to a local sites.
The Breakfast was excellent."
