In winter, walk to the nearby Snowflake Lift or ski home via 4 O’Clock Run; in summer, explore scenic trails or enjoy live music, shops, and restaurants just minutes away. It’s the perfect basecamp for your Breckenridge adventures—no matter the season.

    Bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully outfitted, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is ideal for couples, small families, or a group of up to four guests. The open living area is filled with natural light and features a flat-screen TV and plush seating for cozy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals at home, with a dining table that comfortably seats four.

    Step outside to your private balcony and unwind to the sound of the creek flowing below. We have been longtime guests at the Wildwood Suites and love the updates they have made to the building. We especially like the location and interior finishes the Black Bear unit. We will keep coming back!

This property was perfect for my partner and I. The condo was clean and very convenient. It was a very short walk to main street Breckenridge and also a quick walk to local walking trails. The management was responsive and helpful, and check in was easy. The back porch was perfect for reading and we even got to see some moose! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breck!

A perfect spot for a family ski trip

I stayed here with my two teenage children for four days of skiing. The location was great and the unit was very well equipped. They were very responsive to any questions we had or minor issues that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location

Just what we were looking for!

Property management was very helpful all the way through the process. Beautiful location with ski trail just out the back. Easy walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. Property is basic, but very clean and accommodating! As a couple, we found it to be just what we were looking for.
