Very clean. Very walkable to quicksilver lift. Less than 10 minutes. It’s seems maybe a few of the surrounding buildings share the same pool/hot tub but it’s right behind the back of the building.

Great location was an older unit. IPurchased an extension cord so I could plug my rechargeable items and my cpap. If you’re a skier and need a place to sleep, it’s perfect. I walked and did artwork. Overall the setting felt outdated and worn.. it was quiet. But I wouldn’t stay at the unit again.

You get what you pay for

We had a good stay at the condo. In comparison to the other places, it was a fair price. We drove and so we were able to pack food with us. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen. The condo smelled a bit musty and the bathroom could use a remodel. We were surprised by the pool hours 12:00-8:00, but it was nice that we did not have to worry about pool noise in the evening.

Unit is conveniently located and within walking distance to slopes and town. Property manager was very responsive to our issues with heating the unit.

Wouldn't stay here again

Seems like a cheaply built condo, you will hear every creak and step from other tenants. Its a good location for the ski resort access and to the town.The beds were definitely cheap and not comfortable. The shower had way too much pressure. The fireplace did work well however.Overall impression is I will stay elsewhere next time.

Primo location

Ideal location with walking distance to Main Street in Breckenridge for restaurants, shops and bars. The couch was a sleeper couch. The living room seat and couch were worn out and uncomfortable. Quiet location outside but I could hear the neighbors. I was really disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open this week. That’s why I chose the property.

Nice unit and location

Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived.

Great Location

Great location. 5 minute walk to Breckenridge Peak 9 lift and 10 minutes to downtown. Bars and restaurants very close as well. Condo is snug for 4 but cozy with the hot tubs right next door. Couches and kitchen could use some updating but it was definitely a great stay.

Wonderful Weekend

The check in and check out process was a little unusual as it it was not directly on site. Which was a minor inconvenience. The check in office is about a mile away from the property. The condo itself was a little dated but cozy and we loved the location, so quiet and peaceful. The room directly overlooks the pool and hot tub. The hot tubs were awesome! Be aware that there are bears that visit late at night, as my husband went out to our vehicle late at night and was startled by a bear standing next to his truck. The grounds of the property were nice and well kept. Overall, we really liked the place and would stay again.

Great place. A little dated. Checking in and out is inconvenient.

Having to both pick up and drop off the keys at the other end of town is very inconvenient for a short stay. We would also like to see convenient recycling options at all of your properties. We know where the recycling center is in Breckenridge but most short term renters will not bother. On the plus side, the place is in a great location and the pool/hot inside are right outside. The facilities in the unit are due for an update, but we feel that the pricing accommodated that.

Perfect location

We loved the condo. Close to pool and hot tubs. Easy walk to slopes and downtown. It may be outdated, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The upstairs neighbors were noisy at night, but that didn’t take away from our stay.

Not Quite "Walk To Lift"

The description when booked was "Walk To Lift" and sounded closer and more accessible than it actually was. By that description anywhere in Breckenridge I have realized is "Walk To Lift"
