The place was great I enjoyed it! That's close to everything within walking distance from Breck. I would stay again but had a few issues with the neighbor in 226. She had told people working on her house to park in the parking spot, on the side of the garage, when I couldn't fit my truck in the garage. So I came home to somebody parked on the side of the garage and then after they moved, I parked my truck in front of the garage for a minute cuz I was getting ready to leave. When I came out to a letter on my truck telling me to not park in front of the garage. It's crazy she says she lives there but she has Virginia license plates.

Great place - Hiccup at Check In

Clean, great location, 5 min walk to gondola. Access code did not work on garage when we arrived, however, office was pretty quick to respond and had someone come out to make it right withing 20-30 minutes.

Ideal Breckenridge Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to this perfect little Breckenridge place. The home itself is as advertised. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for a a stay and is modern and clean.The location couldn’t be better! It is a short walk to downtown and to the gondola where you’ll find amazing Restaurants, great shopping and epic skiing and boarding.River Village is responsive and helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property, super close to everything

We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!

We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

Cute little red cottage

Perfect for our family of four. Well laid out and well appointed kitchen. My only wish was for a hot tub and a clearer shortcut to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to call home for a month

Rented this little gem for a month while skiing at Breckenridge. Easy walk into town, gondola and Blue bus route. The French Street Cottage had everything we needed. The property manager is great and easy to contact if you need anything. The kitchen and living area are comfortable. The place gets good sunlight and a nice views. Would absolutely rent this place again.

Great house. Great location.

Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Loves the heated floors. Although I couldn’t figure the heating in the downstairs bedroom. Got too hot and I even turned it off ! Also the smoke detector is very sensitive. It went off every time we cooked.
