Disapponted in several ways
The penthouse condo 3704 had several issues that were disappointing and dirty. The second bedroom electric heat did not work, the 2nd bdrm tub/ shower had loose tile so could not use (both issues reported to mgmnt. There was evidence if previous pot (thc) use with pot trash on indoor window sill and patio. In the main bedrm, there was trash under bed and the tub/shower had mold on tiles and moldy shower curtain.

If only location was everything...
This property was in a very convient location which made slope time so much more plentiful. The check in process is quite poorly managed. There is a front desk at this location which is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. The glitch, not all properties in the building are managed by these representatives. I would stay in location again but would book directly through Summit Mountain Rentals. This condo is in desperate need of new carpet. The space had an odd odor and the furnishings were quite dated.

Great Location & Views
Great location. Excellent views (2 balconies). Easy check in process. Convenient parking. Don't need a car at all to enjoy all that surrounds you. Only negative was the screen door to the main balcony was off the rails a bit. Totally nit-picking here... Hard to beat! Definitely hope to return!

A wonderful weekend
This was our last weekend on the slopes, and it couldn't be more that it actually was. The apartment was just perfect. 70 yard from the lift, same distance from Main street. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.

Location, Location, Location
The location of this property was wonderful and overall made this a great trip. There was some hiccups (washer/dryer App wasn't working, parking pass was not where we were told it was, internet went out, locked out of room due to keys not working) but the property managers were always there to help and fix every situation. As I mentioned, the location was wonderful and property managers were always kind and there to help so we would definitely stay here again.

Great location with great views
You can’t beat the location of this corner unit on the top floor of the building with views to the north and east. Easy access to Main Street made dining and shopping easy. The mattresses, furnishings and bathrooms are a little outdated, but the unit was generally clean and well outfitted.

Fantastic for ski trip
Stayed here 1/4-8/22. Property is just awesome for a ski trip as it is maybe 120 yds from the Quicksilver chair lift. Property is on 7th floor (top floor) of the Wetterhorn building in the Village complex. Decor of this condo unit was a bit dated, HOWEVER, everything has been well kept and does not have that “worn out” feel you get from some properties that have a dated look. Showers worked great as you have instant hot water, beds were very comfortable. Great floor plan that has the 2nd bedroom with the two beds having its own bathroom. View from the patio looks North out over the town of Breck. Rental company was easy to work with as they have a pretty good process for things - can tell that they have experience in property mgmt. parking garage is underground with elevator access from parking. Elevator is quick and we never had to wait more than 30-60 seconds for the elevator. For skiers, there is no ski locker at building entry, so all gear needs to be carried up and down each day - which isn’t bad considering it’s proximity to the Maggie where you can rent a locker and have direct access to Quicksilver. Everything was as advertised for this property and I wouldn’t hesitate at renting it again for a ski trip with the family. Thanks!

Great location, right around the corner from Main Street and down the mountains.
One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Breck! On the 7th floor, it had great views of the mountains, the river, and Main Street. We kept the windows open at night and it was wonderful to hear the river right below and get the mountain breeze.

Was a good rental
This property could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable. Also it is a good location. I do think the parking needs to be addressed as not being able to park on the premises for the first two days is a hassle. (Even though they did reimburse me for offsite parking fees. Would consider staying there again. The rental company was very efficient and easy to work with.

The location was amazing. Instructions from the property manager were easy to follow. The condo could use some updating and the mattresses were not in the best shape but anything needed for the stay was provided in the condo.

Great location to lift and view to town
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location and access to QuikSilver lift. The property could use a good cleanout as it is starting to get cluttered with old stuff but the kitchen was fantastic, very nicely stocked for cooking.. Beautiful view of the downtown lights.

Great place but parking was a problem...
You couldn't pick a better spot - except for not enough parking! It is right at the end of the downtown shops and right at the end of the Quicksilver lift! The BEST of both worlds. Snow was great and an easy drive to Keystone and Vail! The condo was on the top floor with a great view of the town and area. Everything was well kept but the place could use a little updating. The condo was stocked with about everything you need for a great stay but could use a few small items to make it easier to store food (owner supplied saran wrap and/or aluminum foil). Now to the parking issue. We were staying 5 nights - Arrive Thursday and leave Tuesday. We were notified a few days after our reservation that we no longer had parking for Friday and Saturday. Apparently these condos do not have near enough parking and so apparently the vacationers who are staying longer are kicked out first. We were given the option to cancel and find another place however, by the time of the notice, the 2 other places that we were considering were not available. To their credit, the staff at Summit Mountain Rentals tried their best and found us an uncovered parking place not too far away. Susanne and Nadia worked really hard to give us information on the town and take care of the issues as best as they could - that was a plus to have a good management company servicing the condo. Overall, the place is worth 4 stars - 4.5 stars with parking available every night. If I knew I was getting parking , I would stay there again, if I couldn't guarantee parking and was going to other ski mountains, I would probably not stay here again. Cheers!

Perfect Ski Getaway
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this property over Christmas break. The location couldn't be better. The lift is steps from the lobby and shopping is right across the street! The views of the mountains and downtown Breckinridge are extraordinary. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained.

My buddy and I flew out for my 28th birthday the first week of December. This was a perfect condo for us. The location was great but the main reason why we booked this place was for the views. With two private balconies, the views can’t be beat for the price. Tv worked awesome and fire place worked well. This is no ritz Carlton but if you’re looking for a nice location, this is the spot for you. Would definitely recommend coming back again. Thank you!

Gorgeous views and great location!
This location was awesome! Close easy walking distance main street, Restaurants, cafes, pond, river, hike and bike trails. We really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony enjoying the beautiful views. The bedrooms were both a good size and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Kitchen was well equipped and the towels and linens were good quality. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again next time 😊

Everything was great until time for bed. The foldout bed was horrible, finally moved to floor, and the fan and heat from fireplace ran non stop. Location and accessibility were super though.
