Using phone to check in wasn't convenient, no help from front desk wasn't helpful, not knowing where to park when we were at an event all day was stressful. Place was outdated and hard to cook eggs on an uneven stove. Not much room for 4 adults with all the large furniture and very small tv. We would not stay at this property again.

Couldnt ask for a better location! Loved how close it was to the slopes and not a far walk to restaurants and shopping! The only thing that there was to worry about was the water in the shower had periods of scolding hot bursts. The manager was informed and it seemed to resolve by the second day! Otherwise we loved our stay!

Breck studio

Location amazing! Building amenities also great! Check in easy. Unit clean, but dated. We aren’t picky… we don’t mind older wallpaper and carpet, but the refrigerator ran ALL day and night…very loud… and it ran so much that it heated up the unit so we had to keep the window open 24/7, even with the heat turned completely off. Freezer didn’t work well, some lights burnt out all around unit so it was on the dark side. Bed not so comfortable. Once these things get fixed though, this unit would be fine. Easy walk into town, to ski hill, and to ski rental places.

Clean and comfortable!

I found the condo to be just as advertised; not recently updated but well set-up. Management was very responsive when I had questions, and I was very comfortable. I saw in an earlier review that other guests had issues with the mattress, but I think the mattress must have been replaced since that review because I thought it was great!

Our family of three stayed at this condo for a weekend. The location is fantastic but we had a few challenges. It’s listed as a 2BR but has zero bedrooms - read carefully, it’s a studio with a pull-out couch that almost touches the bed. It was quite snug for the three of us. I’m addition, we found dirty socks in the pull-out couch, which didn’t make us feel great about the cleaning process. The other frustration was a lack of parking. The listing says parking is available but it’s only an option if you book in advance, which isn’t communicated until a few days before in the welcome email. We had to walk half a mile in the middle of the night when we arrived - it was not ideal. If you’re looking for virtually a hotel room, it works fine, but I would not book it again.

When we got delayed in arriving and didn't get there until nighttime, they called to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable with a full kitchen and nice counter to sit at.

Great location

Perfect location. Everything was as described. I found the property management company to be a bit terse in communication. For example, when I had trouble finding the check in info due to poor reception on my phone in the mountains (these instructions are in a separate email and not attached to the vrbo details at all) I was reminded that I already opened that email and the date I opened it. Thanks? They did not resend it. The lack of parking is an extreme inconvenience as well. Otherwise this property was a great location and I would return.

Breckenridge for 48(ish) hours

This place is in a great location! Everything was clean, bed was super comfy, and communication with host was easy and nice. Only downside is parking but that is typical mountain town.

Perfect location to Peak 9 and downtown

No need for a vehicle here. Peak 9 lift is a short walk through the village. Main Street is a block away. Restaurants next door and across the street. Great time of the year to visit. With all the Christmas lights still up in town, it was so pretty.

Perfect Location!

Location was perfect - within a few minutes walk to both Main Street and the lifts. Staff at Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals was very friendly and made the check/out procedure easy. The bed, however, was very uncomfortable. It slumps towards the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep - particularly if two people are sleeping on it. After the first night, my girlfriend decided to sleep on the pull out couch (and not bc she was mad at me). Replace the matress, and this gets 5 stars.
