Some of the best hiking and biking is right out your front (or back) door. This home is one of the closest homes to the Sawmill Resovoir hiking and traills; one of the most serene hikes near Breckenridge on the slope-side.

Pull under the timber bridge entering the exclusive "Snowy Ridge" neighborhood, and watch the skiers glide over your car. That will be YOU soon!
