This was the perfect home for our family! We had 5 adult couples stay comfortably in the home. The amenities were top notch. From firewood already sitting next to the fireplace to the spices in the cabinet to a usable garage and even a sauna! We were able to make 3 course meals and sit at the large dinner table easily! The house was extremely clean. Even the hottub looked brand new. There were very considerate little bonuses throughout the house, such as a humidifier and fan in each room, YoutubeTV subscribed for by the host and ready to watch. Location was great as well. A short walk down the trail brings you to Main St. and then can take the Gondola to the lifts.

Golden View Chalet was perfect again this year, beautiful fall colors, easy walk to town, grandkids loved the toys in the downstairs play area, new Blackstone grill was incredible. Ideal house for a family vacation.

Wonderful family house!

We really enjoyed our time staying at this home. It was perfect for a family with small kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen materials to extra towels to toys for the kids. Gorgeous views of the mountain and an easy drive/bus to the slopes.

Thanksgiving winter get-away with family

Wonderful property, definitely luxury, a ten, with the exception of two items: (1) the bed linens (sheets) should be upgraded to match the luxury of this property, and (2) the couch in the main living area is extremely uncomfortable. The one in the lower level was just fine. All 11 of us had a wonderful time together. Enjoying the snowy weather, cooking meals, and eating together, working on puzzles, taking walks to town. I can’t say enough good things about the attentive property management! Most helpful at every request. Thank you !

Breckenridge October 2024

Perfect house for my family. Location is great for walking into Breck for meals, walking distance to Carter Park. The deck in the backyard was wonderful for playing games in the afternoon, grilling in the evening. We've stayed in several houses in Breckenridge, this was our favorite for size, location, amenities, etc.

Great Place For A Family Gathering

The house was well stocked in the kitchen and spacious, with two dining tables - seating 8 to 10 people and a bar that seated 6. It has a very nice deck with a table and patio furniture. Bathrooms were also well stocked and beds were comfortable. It was also very nice to park in the garage.

Very spacious home with a great location that is walkable to Main St and to even the Peak 9 base lifts! Well appointed, clean, and good amenities. Worked well for a larger group. Would return!

Beautiful home, perfect location.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Pictures on the website are accurate. The kitchen as everything we needed to prepare meals at home and the walk to town was short when we wanted to go out and grab dessert. Only quirky thing is that we are only provided with a code to open and close one small garage for entry. There is no key or garage remote provided so we felt like we were constantly getting out of the car, opening the garage, getting back into the car .. etc. It just made coming and going more complicated than it needed to be. A garage opener and a coded front door lock would be much more efficient. This is also a shoeless property... that should be noted in the description. Property management was amazing, responded quickly and were super friendly and helpful! We would rent again!

This home had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. Breathtaking panoramic views, spacious accommodations and convenient location to Downtown Breckenridge. The property management team especially Adam was wonderful to work with. Would stay again year after year!

Great place for large family ski trip!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was spacious and comfortably fit our entire group, with lots of places to hang out and spend time together. We enjoyed skiing and walking around town. Loved the open kitchen layout for cooking for large group, and kitchen had everything we could need. Hot tub was great, with awesome views of the mountain and plenty of spa towels and robes which was an added bonus! Check in was very easy and it was very helpful to get a tour of the place, and there was great communication from the hosts. Would highly reccomend this house and summit for your next trip!
