Great Cozy Getaway
This was the perfect place for a little cozy getaway with friends. The location was very nice with only like 10-15 minutes from anything we wanted to do in town.

Family ski trip
Nice little property! Got the wrong lock box code but got that taken care of with just a phone call! Toilet still had waste in it when we arrived but no biggie overall not a bad place to stay!

I really wanted to like this property. The description called it a Tiny House. It was a 1970’s single wide ancient trailer. The blinds were broken (easy to replace single blind), the couch had ill fitting comforters that wouldn’t stay on and rolled down and it was so hard you couldn’t sit on it comfortably. Add 3 tall people and it’s terrible. The trailer isn’t set level as doors constantly shut to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The cabinets were pealing, the walls were marred and had holes and broken molding in the bathroom. The heat was so uneven you roasted in the bedrooms but the hallway/living room was cold. No outlets worked so there’s a single tower in the living room. All of the thermostats say to leave them at 60°. Or Don’t Touch. Freezing cold. The blinds in the bedrooms are broken so the light next door prevents proper sleeping. This was a big complaint in the back bedroom. The code to the key storage would never open. The name of the WiFi doesn’t match to the Welcome Email. The HDMi cable was disconnected from the Xfinity Box to the TV so nothing to watch for 36 hrs. The Hot Tub at the Office was nice. The Dog Park was nice. I requested a 2:00p early check into we could get over to the Sleigh Ride. We got there at 3:30p and the couple cleaning with their baby and young daughter had barely started cleaning. And they were on the phone the whole time. So we were late to get to the excursion. Lastly, the shower door is so dangerous it comes off the track.

Fun Location
Great location on the river. Quick walk to the Colorado Trail, pool, playground, basketball courts, and dog area. Short drive to Breck, Frisco or Dillon. A little tight for our family of 4 and 2 dogs, (sq footage was listed, so we knew).

Great location
Great location right between Breckenridge and Frisco, and only an hour drive to Vail and/or Beaver Creek. Property was a smaller unit if youre traveling with a family but hust right for 2 people or a couple with young kids. Host was easy to contact. Tiger Run is our favorite resort to stay at whenever we travel to the area. The place was clean and had all the essentials necessary for a week long stay.

Enjoyed our stay!
I’ll start out by saying that I read reviews on the property and noticed that some were put off that this cabin is basically an older model trailer house. Well yes, it is. If that’s not clear to you by looking at photos, and if that’s not what you’re after, this property isn’t for you. That being said, I could see clearly that this is what the cabin is. It is older and small, but it is clean, cozy, and well taken care of. It has two bedrooms that are small. We only used the master, as it was only my husband and I, and our pup. The bed was comfortable, and I was thrilled that there was a fan to use, as I am one of those ppl that require noise to sleep! My only complaints were: Our first night we stopped at the store in Frisco and got some food to grill. But when it came time to eat, we realized we had to wash everything before using, as the plates and silverware had old food stuck to them. I blame prior renters for this, but I mention it so that the property managers are aware that the cleaners need to check the dishes to be sure they are clean for the next people . Other than that, the couch was super cute but not comfortable to lounge around on! We like to unwind and watch TV in the evening, and we did, but the couch just was not comfortable. The internet and cable service were excellent! We would stay here again! Thank you!

Great location, old dingy house!
Had to clear cobwebs to open the door, crumbs on the fridge, house smelled of sewer drain gas bad, no ac, although not needed. Wi-Fi password was wrong, never got the password given, no dish soap, no iron, no hand towels for the bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dish towel. Communicated with DACK and Nestgo about issues, only thing corrected was at 9pm the second night we finally got two hand towels and an iron. Otherwise never got the Wi-Fi info. House is a very old 70’s my guess park model trailer that had been wrapped in wood, thin walls soft floors and jus told. Old is fine, if it was clean, cobwebs throughout the house, even in the shower, floors were dirty, sheets were questionable if clean, had stains and hair on them and crumbs and crud in the utensil drawers. The best thing about this house was the location, it is absolutely amazing, that and the deck. Otherwise I don’t know if I’d ever stay again until a deep clean was done.

This is not a “rustic tiny house.” Rather, this is a dilapidated trailer that is a dirty, musty shrine to someone’s grandparents. As you walk up, the smells and sights of dog poop and cigarette butts from the lawn greet you. Upon entering the single wide, the musty smell of an outdated living area permeates everything you own. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The walls seem to be stapled together, half of which are loose and snagged my sweater walking in the main bedroom. The bathroom has the last guest’s beard trimmings all over the mirror and sink and the towel rack immediately fell apart with little to no force when drying your hands. You could write your name in the dust, and the drinkware all had nice dust accumulation as well. Beware of the vacuum and ironing board behind the main bedroom door, as when you try to open the door up further, it’ll knock over and will hit you in the face. The bedding came already pre wrinkled with black hair in it so we slept in our clothes. The carpet was stained and did not look vacuumed and the remaining linoleum floors were dirty as well. In the morning it became clear that this is too dirty and uncomfortable to stay in. When I double checked to ensure we had everything, I opened the cabinet where the heater was and found it full of dust. It was no surprise on top of the rest of the dirtiness that the heater was pumping even more dust, making it hard for two people with allergies, to breathe. Holes everywhere. Could not stay second night.

It’s basic it’s scenic
Pet friendly accommodations are always a gamble. We carried throws and sheets to control pet hair. The unit fit our needs but any more adults would be really snug. Big screen TV not connected to cable was a bummer especially during the final four. But knowing what to expect like no dish towels could help next time

It's Small
The good: this place is just about halfway between Breckenridge and Keystone. The placement in the RV park is right next to a little creek. The place is tiny...I cannot stress that enough it's very tiny. It says chalet...it's not. It's converted mobile home...the Holiday Rambler placard is on the side. We actually left a day early because the space just didn't function for our family.

Nice place by the stream
I stayed for 10 days and found the place very comfortable and clean. It has a nice big screen smart TV which was great to watch sports, movies, or just regular TV. I found the bed to be comfortable and didn't have a problem sleeping. I cooked every night and found the kitchen to be well stocked with pots and pans and I really liked the stove. If you bring your dog, like I did, I found there was plenty of room for them and it was set up nicely for the dog. There is a small area for dogs a short walk away. That was nice to let the dog get off the leash and run some. The views from the cabin were great! It is right by a stream and the hillside. Three ducks greeted me every morning and evening. If it is warm enough there is a great deck to sit on and enjoy the view. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect for skiing
Great small cabin for a getaway to the mountains! Loved that this was a stand-alone property at a time when being isolated can be reassuring. Not far from the base of Breck for skiing - cozy and the perfect place to end the day. Also appreciated that the owners allowed small dogs. Would love to visit in the summer - thank you!

We stayed at this location while skiing Copper and A-Basin. It was clean and did the job! It was perfect: small and cozy. The kitchen and bedrooms/bed was sufficient. The big screen TV was perfect and works with chrome-cast.

Nice and Cozy
It is very close to Breckenridge and many other trails. The place is in the RV & Chalet park which was very clean and well kept, but didn't realize all those lots were very close to each other. But this place was on the corner lot next to the river, so had a good breather and nice view.

Beautiful location!
We really enjoyed the chalet. Beautiful location, and everything was clean and neat. Just wish the hot tub had been working. There is a hot tub in the community, we would’ve preferred the private hot tub outdoors. The evenings had a nice chill to them, and that would’ve made our trip!

Melissa, we are very sorry to see that you are so disappointed with the stay. The home is advertised as a small home of 400 sq/ft and all the photos are accurate. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper, so it does sleep 5-6 with no issue. The home is in good repair and we did everything we could to accommodate you while you were there. As far as the oven not functioning, we did send a repairman out during your stay and unfortunately due to the holidays it could not be fixed on the spot, it has since been repaired. We know that was an inconvenience and we did send you a 20% refund. Again, we are very sorry for your disappointment. We strive to make every guest experience a good one.

Falling apart
This place is a trailer, which was not clear from the listing. There are several holes in the cabinets. The dishwasher doesn't work. There was no propane for the grill. There is a broken window. The refrigerator has holes in the shelves. There is food left in the unit that has been expired for years. The setting was nice and the deck is nice. Check in was not communicated to the staff at the RV park which exacerbated and prolonged the check in process.

Hi there, and I do apologize for any inconvenience. The owner is aware of a couple of these items and will be giving the the place a facelift soon. I apologize if there were some food items that were missed, the housekeeper does remove food in the fridge after each guest. The owners had purchased a new grill and forgot to buy a propane tank when they left this has been taken care of. My phone number is available and I could if taken care of that for you. The home is not advertised as having a dishwasher but it is going to be replaced. Thanks for the feedback and I will work deligently to get these items fixed.

Cozy cabin by the river
My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. It was only around 10minutes from the main town area. The view of the river was great! It was a little smaller than I had thought but everything we needed was there. There is no AC but opening the doors/windows worked just fine since it gets cool around the afternoon. It would have been awesome if the hot tub on the deck worked since the view is so amazing but the clubhouse had them also so it worked out. Cozy and cute cabin!

Hi Janie, Thanks for staying with us. I apologize about the hot tub, there was a photo of it on the listing that I was not aware of. Personal hot tubs are not allowed by the HOA and the home owners are working on having it removed. I assume you were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse. Thanks!

We pick this Chalet every time we go to Breckenridge, it's really nice and super cozy. We love it because we are able to take our dog and the river view right next to the Chalet is amazing.
